When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Ladyfinger Cosmetics may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review orders carefully; cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If we do not accept or must change/cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund/Exchange Policy [LINK]. You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order and shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.
We may run promotions governed by additional terms. If those conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms control.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update it (including email and card details). You represent and warrant that (i) your card information is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use that card, (iii) charges will be honored by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay all charges at posted prices plus applicable taxes, shipping, and handling.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

Ladyfinger Cosmetics is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases in our store are made directly with Ladyfinger Cosmetics. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Ladyfinger Cosmetics, including any injury, damage, or loss from purchased products/services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Ladyfinger Cosmetics.

These Terms and any separate agreements for the Services are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You and Ladyfinger Cosmetics consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore (including consumer courts).
