At Ladyfinger Cosmetics, we want you to feel secure every time you shop with us. If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right—within the guidelines below. This policy applies to all purchases made exclusively through www.ladyfingercosmetics.com.

Ladyfinger has no retail partners and no duplicate brand copies. We operate only online, and claims can only be made through our official channels.


Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped directly from our online store.

  • To protect both you and us, we require all customers to record a video before opening their parcel.

    • The video must clearly show the unopened, untampered package from all sides.

    • Your hands should be visible while unsealing and opening the parcel.

    • If any product is found damaged, leaking, or faulty, the video will serve as proof for your claim.

    • Without this video evidence, no claims will be accepted.

      Shipping & Delivery

      At Ladyfinger Cosmetics, we aim to deliver your glow to your doorstep quickly and safely.

      • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays.

      • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

      • Product Availability: If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you promptly.

      • No Returns on Opened Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

      • Order Cancellation: Ladyfinger reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

      • Exchanges: Online orders can only be exchanged through our official e-commerce channel. Please see our [Exchange & Replacement Policy].

Exchange & Replacement Policy

  • Products will only be exchanged if reported within 3 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of damage in the opening video.

  • Used or opened products (without video proof of initial damage/leakage) cannot be replaced.

  • The original receipt must be attached.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • If the correct product was delivered, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • All requests are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before approval.

  • Processing an exchange may take 5–7 business days.

  • Ladyfinger reserves the right to decline exchange or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.


Claims

We take claims seriously, but they must follow these rules:

  • Claims must be raised within 3 business days of receiving the parcel, not later.

  • Only orders purchased from www.ladyfingercosmetics.com are eligible.

  • No claims will be entertained through physical stores or third-party sellers (Ladyfinger does not operate retail outlets or has third-party sellers).

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for claim approval.

  • Claims will not be accepted for products that have already been replaced or exchanged once.

  • Products damaged by consumer misuse are not eligible.

  • Items purchased on sale or promotions are not eligible for exchange or replacement unless damaged goods are proven in the unboxing video.

  • Claim decisions will be communicated within 7 working days.

  • Approved claims will be compensated through replacement.
