Welcome to Ladyfinger Cosmetics. By accessing or purchasing from ladyfingercosmetics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, exact shades may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If you are unsatisfied with a product, please refer to our refund policy.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product, discontinue products, or change prices without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

To request a cancellation before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at hello@ladyfingercosmetics.com. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Pakistan. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, public holidays). Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site to:

• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Ladyfinger Cosmetics
• Engage in any conduct that is unlawful or harmful

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and branding — is the property of Ladyfinger Cosmetics and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ladyfinger Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
